Chef Curt Gladden came from a notable background, as he previously served at the Four Seasons with Chef Vic Casanova, Fig with Chef Ray Garcia, Post & Beam under Chef Govind Armstrong, and at the famous Stir Market, to name some of his favorite careers. Learning early on to both respect local, seasonal ingredients and to get creative with their applications, Chef Gladden brings his love of fresh flavors and stunningly colorful presentation to 208 Rodeo's current menu. In his own words, "I hope each guest's experience is a memorable one, not only because of our gorgeous outdoor patio overlooking Via Rodeo, but also based on my signature dishes which I've created to become something you can rave about when you get back home!"
